We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Considerations

Please note:

  • Customs fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
  • We cannot ship to all Asian countries and some remote regions

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Elite Wear Shop purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a simple returns process.

Our Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • All Headwear (items from Headcover and Headwear categories)
  • All Footwear

Note: This doesn’t affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed items.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps:

    Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request” or “Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Wait for Approval
    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible until we receive it.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Allow additional 3-5 business days for your bank/credit card to process

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
  • Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after return receipt

Damaged or Defective Items
