Free Shipping
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Considerations
Please note:
- Customs fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
- We cannot ship to all Asian countries and some remote regions
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Elite Wear Shop purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a simple returns process.
Our Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- All Headwear (items from Headcover and Headwear categories)
- All Footwear
Note: This doesn’t affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed items.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps:

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - Package Your Item

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you

- Refund credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Allow additional 3-5 business days for your bank/credit card to process
Exchange Process

Damaged or Defective Items
