Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Headwear (including all items from our Headcover and Headwear categories)
- Footwear
This policy does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed items.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
